Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
How to use your CCPA / CPRA and other US state privacy rights with Business Cards Online.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and equivalent laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and other US states, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Do we sell or share your personal information?
No. Business Cards Online does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This site loads no advertising tools. Our hosting provider counts visits for us as our service provider, and we pass order details only to the providers that run the service, as listed in our Privacy Policy.
Record an opt-out request
You can still ask us to record an opt-out, for example so that it applies if our practices ever change. Email privacy@businesscards-online.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address you use with us. We act on opt-out requests within 15 business days and confirm by email.
You may also authorise an agent to make this request on your behalf under the CPRA. The agent should email privacy@businesscards-online.com with proof of authorisation.
Other US state privacy rights
You also have the right to know, access, correct, delete or port your personal information under applicable US state laws. Email privacy@businesscards-online.com from the address on your account to make those requests, or use our contact page.
